The women behind London Lash Lounge
The founders of London Lash Lounge — Daria, Irina and Sarah — are three women united by a shared vision to create a beauty brand built on exceptional quality, expertise and a truly personal client experience.
As co-founders and business owners, each brings her own strengths to the brand. Sarah contributes strategic vision and business development, while Daria and Irina bring extensive industry expertise, creative direction and hands-on experience in lash artistry. Together, they shape the standards, identity and continued growth of London Lash Lounge.
From one location to three successful salons across London and Berkshire, their journey has been built on shared ambition, hard work and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and their team.

Precision, without the wait
Every set is mapped by hand to your eye shape, lash density and natural curl before a single extension is applied, and volume fans are built individually rather than bought pre-made. Years of practice mean it's meticulous and fast — you get a bespoke set without losing your afternoon.

Honesty about what suits you
If the set you've asked for is heavier than your natural lashes can safely carry, we'll tell you and design something that gives a similar effect without the damage. We'd rather have a client who comes back for years.

We only bring in artists who care about this craft as much as our founders do. Three studios, one standard, and a team that's genuinely invested in the work rather than just filling a chair.
